Regular exercise with a Fitness Professional not only delivers physical benefits, but offers stress release and leaves you feeling energised. I incorporate many different techniques and disciplines into client training sessions combining everything from cardio vascular to high intensity plyometric training. We primarily work in a private studio, but for variety we can use outdoor training spaces.
I enjoy seeing results in my clients and in particular those that exceed their expectations. I am proud to say that I have seen many clients lose weight, recover from injury or illness through rehabilitation. In addition to those looking to move up a level, I work with many people that are new to exercise, or who have not trained for many years and this is the most important part of my work - to help everyone develop a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle - from whatever point they are starting.
I will not only show you correct physical exercise techniques, I will demonstrate mental exercises as well. I will inspire you to exercise with determination and maintain motivation. Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones. You will develop habits that uplift your spirit and bring you happiness through fitness, good health, and mental clarity.
